  1. Definition of terms
  • “Affiliate” refers to the individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Program.
  • “Product” refers to the product or service being promoted through the Affiliate Program, which is any of the products on the Shop of InkspireTemplates.com.
  • “Company” refers to the company offering the Affiliate Program, Inkspire Templates.
  • “Commission” refers to the payment made to the Affiliate for successful referrals or promotions of the Product.
  1. Eligibility
  • To be eligible for the Affiliate Program, Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid tax ID or social security number.
  • The Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses, however, the Affiliate must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the program.
  1. Commission
  • The Commission rate will be determined by the Company and communicated to the Affiliate.
  • The Commission will be paid on a monthly basis for the previous month’s referrals that have been successfully processed.
  • The Affiliate will only receive a Commission for referrals that result in a sale of the Product.
  • The Commission rate is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.
  1. Promotional Methods
  • Affiliates may promote the Product through approved methods such as referral links, banners, and email promotions.
  • The Affiliate must not engage in any deceptive or illegal marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or trademark infringement.
  1. Term and Termination
  • The Affiliate Program will continue until terminated by either party.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Program and the Affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice.
  • Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately stop using the Company’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The Company will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program.
  • The Affiliate assumes all liability for any taxes or fees resulting from their Commission payments.
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
  1. Modification
  • The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to the Affiliate.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, Affiliates agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
